Our Process

We take the time to meet with each client to discuss your vision for the event. We then assist you in choosing and designing floral arrangements and other decorations to reflect your color scheme, style, and concept.

Initial Consultation

We will set up an appointment for an initial consultation, which can be done in person or over the phone. This first meeting will allow us to determine whether our services are the right fit for your event.

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your event floral details: personals, ceremony, and reception flowers, as well as any additional decor services needed. We usually encourage clients to provide us with images or inspirations they might have.

One week after the consultation, we will email you a proposal for your review, containing the details discussed during the consultation. These details can still change during the design process.

Contracts and Deposit

Please note that in order to book your date in our calendar, a signed contract and deposit must be received.

Our designing services do not stop after booking. Additions and changes are welcome at any time. Our additional services will be included to your current invoice order.

Mockups are usually scheduled one month prior to your event or wedding date. During this time, you can make any color scheme or flower changes.

On the Day of the Event

We will take care of absolutely every aspect of floral and event décor, from set-up to breakdown. Our team will also make sure that everything is as beautiful as you dreamed your big day will be!
